Real Bearded Santa Appearance Terms
1. Introduction
Thank you for engaging D George Designs for your Real Bearded Santa Experience! I am excited to bring festive joy to your event. Please review the terms below to ensure a magical experience for everyone.
2. Performance Requirements
- Seating: A comfortable chair or bench must be provided for Santa to sit during most of the event.
- Photo Area: A decorated area (preferably in front of a Christmas tree or festive backdrop) should be available for photo opportunities. Santa will be available for photos.
- Photography: Families will provide their own photographer using personal phones or cameras. Santa will pose for photos as requested, but no professional photography services are included in this agreement.
- Assistant Support: An on-site assistant must be provided to help manage the flow of attendees, ensuring an organized and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Video Calls: Virtual visits via video call may also be made available upon request and must be arranged in advance.
3. Appearance Details
- Santa will arrive with costume and accessories but will require a private, secure space to change into costume upon arrival.
- Santa will interact with children and guests in a friendly and festive manner.
- The duration of the appearance will be as agreed upon in the booking.
4. Payment and Cancellation
- A minimum charge for a 15-minute engagement will be assessed for a Santa Video call, regardless of actual time used.
- A minimum charge for a one-hour engagement will be assessed, regardless of actual time used.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the event.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any injuries or damages during the event.
- Santa reserves the right to end the appearance early if safety concerns arise.
