Performance Requirements

• Seating:
  • Client shall provide a comfortable chair or bench for Santa to use during the event.
• Photo Area:
  • A decorated area, preferably in front of a Christmas tree or festive backdrop, must be available for photo opportunities.
• Photography:
  • Families may use personal phones or cameras for photos. No professional photography services are included.
• Assistant Support:
  • Client shall provide an on-site assistant to manage attendee flow and maintain an enjoyable experience.
• Video Calls:
  • Virtual visits via video call may be arranged in advance upon request.
• Appearance Details
  • Santa will arrive with costume and accessories.
  • A private, secure space must be provided for Santa to change upon arrival.
  • Santa will engage with children and guests in a friendly and festive manner.
  • Appearance duration will be as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
• Payment and Cancellation
  • * A minimum charge for a 15-minute engagement will be assessed for a Santa Video call, regardless of actual time used.
  • ** A minimum charge for a one-hour engagement will be assessed, regardless of actual time used.
  • Full payment is required on the day of the event.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Liability
  • D George Designs is not liable for any injuries or damage occurring during the event. • Santa reserves the right to end appearance early if safety concerns arise.
